The state of Gujarat has traditionally been the hub of chemical and
pharmaceutical industries in India. A number of major pharma companies are based in central and south Gujarat.
Owing to this, there has always been a consistent demand for skilled manpower and researchers.
Established in 2006, the Faculty of Pharmacy has an overriding purpose to
promote excellence in pharmaceutical education to meet the needs of industry and academia. The faculty
provides courses for Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degrees.
Approved by PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) & AICTE (All India Council of Technical
Education), the faculty boasts of highly qualified and experienced teachers, who are the mainstay to achieve
and sustain a high level of academics as well as research.
